It can be done rightly by pursuing Ayurveda courses in Kerala to have a better and clear insight into the ancient science of life.

Here we are mentioning down ten amazing Ayurvedic tips that will help you to stay healthy in life.

1.The Right Kind of Routine

Starting the day right is the first thing you need to do to follow the Ayurvedic tip of staying fit and healthy in life. Ayurveda recommends a disciplined way of life where you perform each daily activity on time – sleeping, eating, exercising and waking up. According to Ayurveda, you need to wake up around 6 a.m. every day to have a full day.

2. Water has Drinking Rules

When you wake up, stretch your body to activate the internal organ function. Rinse your mouth with water and then drink a glass of water, preferably lukewarm. It is recommended to drink water throughout the day to stay hydrated, but not during meals. Drink lukewarm water one hour after each meal. Water also reduces caffeine intake and it is recommended to sit while drinking water.

3. Cleanse the Bowel

After drinking a glass of lukewarm water, one should cleanse the bowels to keep the body free of toxins and the digestive system healthy. Don't rush the process or take too much time to sit on the stool as both can be harmful to your health. Eat fibrous foods and stay active to prevent constipation, diarrhea, bloating, indigestion, or irritable bowel syndrome.

4. Practice Cleansing and Abhyanga

The next Ayurvedic tip to follow to stay healthy in life is to practice both internal and external cleansing. Wash your face and mouth, brush your teeth and practice Shat Kriya, which you can learn in yoga and Ayurveda courses in Kerala. Also perform self-abhyanga to nourish and purify the skin. Wait 20-30 minutes for a bath and trim your nails, hair and beard regularly.

5. Take Time for Yoga and Meditation

After performing Abhyanga, use the time and invest in yoga and meditation, the practice will keep you active and lead you to a fit body, mind and spirit. Exercise is necessary to achieve optimal health, and starting with Surya Namaskar proves to be extremely beneficial and rejuvenating. Practice pranayama with it and also spend 20 minutes meditating, if not in the morning, then invest some time in it before going to bed.

6. Eat Fresh Food when Hungry

Eating food three times a day is not only what your body actually needs, but there are certain other things to consider while consuming your meal. So make sure that your food is freshly prepared, dosha pacifying, balanced and consumed at the right time. Ayurveda suggests that you should have three meals in a day, where your lunch should be larger. Also, eat when you are hungry to digest the food properly.

7. Walk During the Day

Morning exercise or yoga is necessary, but considering the modern lifestyle, it is advisable to stay active throughout the day. Most of us today have sedentary jobs, which makes it a requirement to take a 5-10 minute walking break after every 2 hours. It is also advisable to take a walk after meals.

8. The Last Meal Rule

As mentioned earlier, Ayurveda suggests that one should eat three meals a day, where breakfast should be light and filling, lunch should be larger and dinner should be the smallest meal and definitely not heavy. So be very careful with the last meal of the day and cook intelligently. Avoid eating after 7 pm, especially salt, if weight loss is on your list. Avoid anything sugary at least two hours before bedtime.

9. For the Restful Sleep

Due to our lifestyle, falling asleep on time has become a difficult task to achieve. Today, many people complain of insomnia, restlessness, and a feeling of lethargy when they wake up. Sleep is the natural process that detoxifies, repairs and rejuvenates the body. During sleep, the body's cells work to strengthen the immune system and circulate vital energy. Therefore, it is important to go to bed by 10 p.m. and put away your phone and laptop. Use aromatic oils and scents in the rooms to reduce stress and anxiety for a soothing sleep.

10. Stay Positive to Perceive Good

You need to keep your mind calm to stay positive and look forward to all the good things in life. Staying positive makes you look at the brighter side of life and the same keeps coming back to you.

Adhering to these simple tips and Ayurvedic laws can only help you to perceive and live a healthy and happier life. So follow these tips and change the way you live.
